The History of the Langan Family

Maria and Patrick Langan lived in Odell, Illinois and had a large family of eleven children. Seven of those children produced nineteen grandchildren. Today there are great grandchildren, great-greats and great-great- greats. The story of the ancestors of all these Langan descendents begs to be told because these were the pioneer settlers of the heartland of America and we should remember them with pride for their courage and vision of what the prairie could produce.
